dLK1抗原；δ樣蛋白1同源物重組蛋白多種屬 穿膜蛋白DLK1又稱肝癌相關(guān)基因，是表皮生長因子(EGF)家族的成員之一,其結(jié)構(gòu)特征為蛋白的細(xì)胞外區(qū)域擁有在結(jié)構(gòu)及氨基酸序列上與表皮生長因子高度同源的重復(fù)結(jié)構(gòu).DLK1可以抑制脂肪前體細(xì)胞向脂肪細(xì)胞分化,在正常神經(jīng)內(nèi)分泌細(xì)胞及其腫瘤細(xì)胞中表達, DLK1在神經(jīng)內(nèi)分泌軸中起著調(diào)控細(xì)胞生長分化的作用,同時DLK1在胚胎肝、造血干細(xì)胞及早期肌肉組織中均有表達

[ USAGE ]
Reconstitute in ddH2O to a concentration of 0-0.5 mg/mL. Do not vortex.
[ STORAGE AND STABILITY ]
Storage: Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Store at 2-8oC for one month.
Aliquot and store at -80oC for 12 months.
Stability Test: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
