LRP1抗原；LRP1重組蛋白多種屬 該基因編碼低密度脂蛋白受體蛋白家族的一員。編碼的前蛋白被弗林蛋白酶水解，產(chǎn)生515 kDa和85 kDa亞基，形成成熟受體（PMID:8546712）。該受體參與多種細(xì)胞過程，包括細(xì)胞內(nèi)信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)、脂質(zhì)穩(wěn)態(tài)和凋亡細(xì)胞的清除。此外，編碼的蛋白質(zhì)對(duì)于α2-巨球蛋白介導(dǎo)的分泌淀粉樣前體蛋白和β淀粉樣蛋白的清除是必要的，β淀粉樣是阿爾茨海默病患者淀粉樣斑塊的主要成分。

[ USAGE ]
Reconstitute in 10mM PBS (pH7.4) to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Do not vortex.
[ STORAGE AND STABILITY ]
Storage: Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Store at 2-8oC for one month.
Aliquot and store at -80oC for 12 months.
Stability Test: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
