CHODL抗原；CHODL重組蛋白多種屬 該基因編碼一種I型膜蛋白，其細(xì)胞外部分具有C型凝集素的碳水化合物識(shí)別結(jié)構(gòu)域特征。在其他蛋白質(zhì)中，該結(jié)構(gòu)域參與糖蛋白和外源性含糖病原體的內(nèi)吞作用。這種蛋白質(zhì)主要定位在核周區(qū)域。已經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn)該基因有幾種編碼幾種不同亞型的轉(zhuǎn)錄變體。

[ USAGE ]
Reconstitute in 10mM PBS (pH7.4) to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Do not vortex.
[ STORAGE AND STABILITY ]
Storage: Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Store at 2-8oC for one month.
Aliquot and store at -80oC for 12 months.
Stability Test: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
