EBF2抗原；早期B-細(xì)胞因子2重組蛋白多種屬 早期B細(xì)胞因子2是一種575個(gè)氨基酸的蛋白質(zhì)，屬于COE蛋白家族，其成員都是螺旋-環(huán)-螺旋轉(zhuǎn)錄因子。EBF2是一種轉(zhuǎn)錄因子，與Wnt反應(yīng)的LEF1/CTNNB1通路協(xié)同作用，激活成骨細(xì)胞中RANKL的誘餌受體OPG。反過(guò)來(lái)，OPG調(diào)節(jié)破骨細(xì)胞分化。已發(fā)現(xiàn)缺乏EBF2會(huì)導(dǎo)致成骨細(xì)胞終末分化的小缺陷，同時(shí)骨量減少和破骨細(xì)胞增加。

[ USAGE ]
Reconstitute in 10mM PBS (pH7.4) to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Do not vortex.
[ STORAGE AND STABILITY ]
Storage: Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Store at 2-8oC for one month.
Aliquot and store at -80oC for 12 months.
Stability Test: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
