CYP11A1抗原；CYP11A1重組蛋白多種屬 該基因編碼細(xì)胞色素P450超家族的一員。細(xì)胞色素P450蛋白是單加氧酶，催化藥物代謝和膽固醇、類固醇和其他脂質(zhì)合成中的許多反應(yīng)。這種蛋白質(zhì)定位于線粒體內(nèi)膜，催化膽固醇轉(zhuǎn)化為孕烯醇酮，這是類固醇激素合成的第一步，也是限速步驟。已經(jīng)發(fā)現(xiàn)該基因有兩種編碼不同亞型的轉(zhuǎn)錄變體。較小亞型的細(xì)胞位置尚不清楚，因?yàn)樗狈€粒體靶向轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)肽。

[ USAGE ]
Reconstitute in ddH2O to a concentration of 0.1-0.5 mg/mL. Do not vortex.
[ STORAGE AND STABILITY ]
Storage: Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
Store at 2-8oC for one month.
Aliquot and store at -80oC for 12 months.
Stability Test: The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37°C for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
